i can't read those books. i had a spiderman book when i was like 5 and i was so mad because i followed all the steps and then it turned out looking like crap anyway. i mean, i just can't COPY the picture exactly now either. and they make we want to try to draw EVERY SINGLE picture in the entire book....
one of the things I wanted :C but I believe my tutors didnt really have the experiance to be able to tell me where I was going wrong so I kinda had to work out everything.
10% from tutorials, books, etc. I really didn't learn much. Like, around 30% from watching anime and trying to make fanart and original art, and 60% from frame by frame animation. Frame by frame animation makes sure you draw the same thing at least a hundred times, and with that you're bound to realise how that drawing can be improved, etc.
