I've wanted to make a comic for quite some time.. though I've had the feeling that my writing skill lacks the quality to make one. Then I remembered some topic I saw on a forum some where and I definatly wanted to give it a shot.
Its more or less the same as making a comic but you (yes, YOU) get to choose the direction it goes in. I make an intro sequence which gets you into the story then you make the choices for the character leading him to solve the problem hes in. At first I thought it would be fun to make a poll to decide which happened but I want to allow a more free choice from people so I'll make journals which you can post in and I'll choose from them.
does that sound like fun to you?

Ctrl-Alt-Del did something similar, but the artist picked like 3 outcomes and let the public vote, and he already had the story structure written for each outcome.
So it was a fun way for everyone to interact, but also the story was still written by the artist, just directed by the fans.
