long time no journal c: well lets fix that..

Since my last post I went to a barbeque... sounds wanderfull, and it was but the food wasnt the best part of it though. I ran into a person who had worked at some very high up animation studios such as Don Bluth and Richard Williams studios and they really liked my work (which my dad sent them) so much it seems that I may have gotten myself a job working in their studio. Which is awsome and a little nerve racking at the same time but if it does happen (and I'm pretty sure it will) I will gain some really good experiance and I can then say I'm finally A professional animator instead of a young amature who hasnt had proper in the feild experiance. I'm not exactly sure when I'll actually begin working but who knows at least I'll be doing something I have a real passion and interest for and I should get a real kick out of this. c:

well I got that offer on the second meet up we had, which was at a pub during a folk and country music session. the people there knew my dad who also knew this animator. I should be going around there soon to check out the studio, perhaps I can even get to see the cels they made for the secret of nihm , they will be special effects scenes though, they said they animated a lot of mud n stuff in it hehe.

lol it is pretty awsome, even if it doesnt happen (very sure it will but you can never be sure how things end up) at least I've impressed someone whos worked at some of the best animation studios around and it feels like my work has finally achieved something after all these years of persistance c:
