how large is the file size? if its like 12mb or 15mb you may be able to pm tomfulp about getting a file size expansion which allows you to upload larger files. if its like huuuge huge, like 50mbor something then I'd attempt to export the whole thing into a video file and then import it back into flash. flash's video compression is insane, I got a 40mb file to compress into 10mb, with out a huge loss of quality.
